  • Walking or cycling

  • Sunsets over the Lake District mountains

  • Ice cream stops along the way

Don’t miss:

  • The giant stone jetty

  • The Tern Trail bird sculptures

  • The Promenade’s wide beaches at low tide

2. Visit the Eric Morecambe Statue

A photo must-do. The bronze statue of Eric Morecambe (in that iconic pose) sits overlooking the bay.

✔ Great viewpoint
✔ Usually a performer or musician nearby in summer

3. Morecambe Bay Wildlife Walks

Join a guided walk with local experts (especially around Arnside and Silverdale). The mudflats are stunning but only explore with a guide.
